Software for venues, hotels and caterers

The software for laying out the banquet room

MisePlan is the software a venue, a hotel or a caterer uses to lay out the function room: it turns the room’s real plan into each banquet’s table layout, checks the service clearances and the capacity while you drag, and produces the kitchen sheet and the set-up sheet for the day. From €32.50 a month paid yearly (or €39/month), in three languages, with a 15-day trial and no card.

You draw the room once — with its columns, its doors and its real shape — and reuse it across the thirty or hundred events of the year. Every wedding has its own plan, its own guest list and its own link for the client.

No card. When it ends the account turns read-only: nothing is lost.

Floor team setting up a banquet: dressed round tables, chairs lined up, a tape measure and the set-up plans spread over the cloth.
  • 15 days trial, no card
  • From €32.50 a month paid yearly
  • True to scale exact dimensions and capacity
  • Three languages application, reports and emails

Product

What it solves

The floor work that today gets done with a slide deck, a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp thread — with the difference that here the measurements are real and the sheets for the day come out on their own.

The room, truly to scale

An outline the exact shape of your space — L-shaped or irregular included — columns, doors and fire exits with metric dimensions and a proper calculation of real capacity.

It warns you while you lay out

The 1.50 m service clearance and the 0.60 m per diner are checked as you drag, not the week before the set-up. If two chairs overlap, it says so right there.

Kitchen sheet and allergens

An exact count by menu (adults, children’s, vegan and so on) and a breakdown of allergies and intolerances by table and seat. The kitchen knows exactly what to serve each diner with no room for mistakes.

Set-up sheet

How many tables of each type, how many chairs, what furniture, and what has to be prepared for accessibility: where to leave the gap for a wheelchair.

The client organises without breaking anything

You share an interactive link with the couple or the company. They come in without signing up, seat their guests, and can’t move walls or change the room’s set-up.

Your team, each with their part

Owner, floor staff and client. Each sees their own, and what isn’t theirs is neither shown nor allowed.

Method

How it works

  1. Draw the room

Measurements, or trace the outline freehand on the grid. Columns and doors, with their escape zones.

  2. Build the event

You choose which rooms this wedding uses. Each starts from that room’s usual set-up.

  3. Seat the people

Import the list from Excel and drag each name to its chair. Or send them the link and let them do it.

  4. Print

Landscape plan, kitchen sheet and set-up sheet. On paper, which is where they end up.

STAGE DANCE FLOOR 01 02 03 04 05 GANGWAY 1.12 M 1.50 m minimum · tables 02–03 EXIT 8,40 m 31 of 50 seated
Main Hall · 13.60 × 8.40 m 5 tables · 50 places · 1 warning

Reports

The sheets for the day, for the kitchen and the floor

The same plan produces the working documents for service straight away: the kitchen sheet, with the breakdown of menus and allergens table by table, and the set-up sheet, with the count of tables, chairs and accessibility needs. A4, ready to print and hand to the team.

  • Full control of allergens and intolerances tied to each seat.
  • Children’s menus and special diets clearly set apart.
  • High-resolution PDF straight from the browser, nothing to install.

What the kitchen sheet looks like

A maître d’ and two waiters going over the day’s paperwork on the table: the kitchen sheet, the set-up sheet, the table plan, the menu and the allergen labels.

Who it’s for

Who it’s for

For estates, farmhouses, hotels, restaurants with a function room and caterers doing between 30 and 120 events a year, who today draw their rooms in PowerPoint and close their seating plans over WhatsApp. If you do two weddings a year, this is more than you need.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have a plan of my room?
No. If you have the measurements, you draw the outline on the grid in five minutes. If you have the architect’s drawing, you can use it for reference.
How much does it cost?
From €32.50 a month billed yearly (€390/year, 2 months free) or €39 month by month on the Basic plan, before VAT and with no lock-in. There are 15 days’ trial with no card and no commitment.
Does it work on a tablet?
Yes. The editor is built for fingers too: you can lay the room out from a tablet on the day of the set-up.
Does the couple have to sign up?
No. They get a link that opens without an account, can be withdrawn whenever you like, and carries two separate permissions: managing guests and moving tables.
Is it available in several languages?
Yes. The application, the printed reports and the emails are available in English, Spanish and Catalan. Everyone has it in the language they prefer.
What happens when the 15 days are up?
The account turns read-only. Nothing is lost: you can look at and print everything you have, and the moment you subscribe it’s open again.
