Quick seating rows
An element type made exactly for theatre style: a straight row of chairs. You can set the exact number of seats, turn the row to whatever angle you need and duplicate it to build the whole auditorium in seconds.
Lay out any corporate configuration in minutes. Create seating rows for theatre-style set-ups, turn rectangular tables for U-shape or classroom arrangements, and duplicate whole blocks to fill large spaces while keeping the legal escape distances.
No card. When it ends the account turns read-only: nothing is lost.
An element type made exactly for theatre style: a straight row of chairs. You can set the exact number of seats, turn the row to whatever angle you need and duplicate it to build the whole auditorium in seconds.
Rectangular tables turn freely and at any angle. You can switch off individual seats to create top tables or asymmetric arrangements where only the outer sides of the table are used.
Forget static figures. The room’s capacity updates with every chair you add or switch off, so the set-up matches the exact number of confirmed attendees.

In MisePlan you draw the room’s real outline on a grid — whatever shape it is, L-shaped or with a cut corner — place the columns and set the doors. The usable floor area is worked out with the voids taken out, not from the rectangle around it, and that plan is reused for every event that passes through the room.
How it works →
You import the guest list from your spreadsheet, drag each name onto a specific chair on the plan, and see at all times how many are still without a place. The couple get a link they open without signing up, where they can place their own people but can’t move a single table.

The two sheets for the day come out of the same plan: the kitchen sheet, with the count by menu, children counted separately and the breakdown table by table; and the set-up sheet, with how many tables of each type, how many chairs, and what has to be prepared for accessibility. They print on A4 and get carried on paper, which is where they end up.
